Exhibition of modern life and culture in Korea

Daegu Modern History Museum prepared the special exhibition of modern life and culture in Korea. Started on November 13th, this exhibition will take place until February 28th. It displays 50 relics and 100 photographs about the modern life of Korean including their occupations, custom and leisure time.

Most of the photographs are enlarged photo postcards taken in all parts of the country. Through the exhibition, you will have a chance to see the tribulation of Korean during the Japanese occupation period and to compare the life of townies and rural folk in the modern times of Korea.
