Daegu Expat Flea Market

What are you doing on Saturday, October 22nd between 1 PM and 4PM?

If you going to be looking for some deals on lightly used items, I know where you might want to be!  Many foreigners use social media sites to buy and sell used items. This may be the first Expat Flea Market event organized by and held by Expats in Daegu. It may not be the very first Expat community organized Flea Market, but it is likely not the last. Depending on turn out, there may be a similar event in March of 2017.

Come and join us as either a SELLER or BUYER at our first Daegu Expat Flea Market. The Red Door Church has generously offered the use of their outdoor car parking space and 13 tables to host this event. The church will also be running a hotdog/hamburger and drinks stand to raise money for a charity they support in Bagdad.
This is an attempt to have person to person sales where people can actually see the items first hand.

While the Flea Market is going on the location host is offering services such as child care and they will also be cooking food for sale.  The proceeds will go to a charity of their choice.  Please ask them about the focus of their charity.
Currently, (as of the time of this article) there are eight tables available for reservation.  Did I mention, this is a free event?  Usually, events such as this require the sellers to pay a small fee for the space they use.  In this case the church has offered the space and table for free!
The venue is located downtown and offers nearby parking as well as a way to drop off or pick up larger items.

If you would like to participate as a SELLER at this event, please RSVP your table by sending Kristy a PM using facebook though the link below.  There is only enough space and tables for 13 SELLERS so first come, first reserved. The tables are reasonably large so if you don't have too much to sell you can opt to use 1/2 a table space with another seller. Just let her know when you RSVP.

Here is a link to the Event on Facebook.

We hope to see you there and if you happen to see us, please say HI!  If you would like to see more of Min Hee’s activities, please visit her facebook page and give her a LIKE (thumbs up)!  Here is a link:  https://www.facebook.com/whereisminhee/
